Terms of Service
By ordering a service from Web Agency you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of services
Web Agency provides website development, hosting, AI chatbots, analytics, branding and related digital services. The exact scope is defined in the pro-forma invoice.
2. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer per the pro-forma invoice. Work starts once payment is received unless otherwise agreed.
3. Delivery timeline
Delivery is 7–21 business days on average depending on the plan and content availability from the client.
4. Revisions & guarantee
Each plan includes a defined number of revisions. All plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee if deliverables are not met.
5. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client owns the delivered website content. Third-party components remain under their respective licenses.
6. Liability
Web Agency is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or third-party service outages (hosting, payment providers, etc.).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Legal status of the service provider
Web Agency currently operates as an independent professional collective — the services described on this website are delivered by natural persons (individual professionals), depending on the scope of each engagement, and not by a registered legal entity. This is a transparent, transitional model while the business is being formalized into a registered company, and it in no way limits the quality, delivery timelines or contractual commitments made to our clients.
Every project is covered by a written offer / pro-forma invoice that clearly defines the scope, price, timeline and the responsible person. Payments are made to a personal bank account of the responsible individual with a proper payment reference; upon request we provide a written confirmation of receipt, and once the business is formally registered a retroactive accounting document may be issued in line with applicable regulations.
